What a mess this trip turned out to be! Almost everything went south! The tour manager allowed the bus driver to take us to the wrong hotel, so we ended up having dinner at 10 PM on the first day. They claim a max of 25 folks, but we had 26 on board. The tour manager didn’t get any better as the days went by, but the real kicker was when my suitcase went missing in Italy. They offered me 'compensation' that’s about a quarter of what my stuff was worth, plus a voucher for a discount on my next trip with them—like I’d ever book with them again! Also, just a heads up, nearly all the recent reviews here are from 'invited' folks, and most just talk about the booking process, not the actual holiday experience!
